The heart remembers the fire,..........Even when you try to forget the desire,..........You tell yourself "it doesn't hurt so much",..........But inside you cry, you scream,..........You long to be touched..........Your soul has a need,..........You ache deep within,..........To be held, to be loved,..........It's a hunger that never ends.......... I also play blues style guitar, either finger pick, slide or regular. My favorite tune is Six Strings Down by Jimmy Vaughn, I'm also a big Johnny Winter and Keb Mo fan. Among modern artists I like Kid Rock and Pink. I love her song U and UR Hand. I was born in the south, raised in New Orleans eating gumbo, jambalaya, grits and listening to Cajun and Zydeco music I still love it. I've been to Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras many times and been caught up in the bawdy, banal celebration of life where the beautiful and horrible coexist for a brief moment. Beautiful music, people wearing ornate costumes, the city alive with cotillions (dances and parties), parades where wildly decorated floats go by and gaily masked riders throw beads and trinkets to massed throngs as they go by. The ugly side of the event is people throwing up in the street, pickpockets on every street corner waiting to see if you will stop to look at the drunk college girl showing her breasts up on the second floor bal
