I'm writing you on behalf of my wife of 5 years, samantha. I'm sure you're a little confused so let me give you some backround on our situation so you can understand exactly what we are looking for here. To make a long story short, I was injured about 2 years ago in an accident on the job, and am now unable to have sex with Katie as a result of it.
